Heather Pavlinsky, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC, sees patients at her Youngwood office, offers home visits when needed, and also cares for patients in local personal care homes.

Starting in January 2026, we’ll be opening our schedule for primary care patients again. Due to high demand, we had to pause accepting new patients in 2025. We like to keep our practice small so we can stay connected with you and your family. Our pediatric population has grown, and we make sure to provide acute sick visits for children. We’re also here most Saturdays for urgent visits. We’re grateful to have been voted the best primary care provider in Westmoreland County twice. We’ve never advertised our primary care services—our growth has been 100% organic and spread through word of mouth, which is the greatest compliment we could receive.
