Cover for abandoned plumbing hole in bathroom wall?

Took out an old bidet line and now there's a 4-inch round hole in the bathroom drywall. Want something to cover it that looks better than a random piece of tape or cardboard. Preferably paintable and secure.

Abandoned plumbing holes are common after renos—patching works but takes time to dry and sand. A pre-made round or square cover is faster and removable if you change your mind later. I prefer ones made of thicker plastic with a textured surface for good paint adhesion. The model I installed has spring clips that hold it snug without visible fasteners. Painted semi-gloss to match the bathroom it almost disappears. I used a solid wall hole cover that was slightly oversized (6-inch diameter) and trimmed the drywall edges a bit for a tight fit. Caulk the perimeter lightly and you're done—no more staring at an ugly hole.
