**Disclaimer: Please be advised that our medical weight loss program is not in-network with any insurance carriers. The inital consultation ($198) will be roughly an hour long visit where Heather will discuss dietary and lifestyle counseling, weight measurments, past medical history and then create a detailed plan of how you are able to achieve your weight loss goals. The intial consultation also comes with two free injections (B12 to boost your immune system and lipo-c, which is used to boost your metabolism). For the first visit, these are complimentary to our patients.
For best results on the program, we recommend routine weigh-ins. Follow up appointments are $98 and will also include a free B12 injection each time. However, the lipo-c injection will be an additional $26.00.
