Schedule an hour long consultation with our Board Certified Weight-loss provider, Heather Pavlinsky. This in-depth consultation will review topics such as dietary counseling, past history of cormobitites, weight measurments, lab review and lab send out if needed. Medications will be prescribed based on medical necessity and are a seperate fee from the program based on insurance coverage and pharmacy benefits. However, we do offer the #1 oral weight loss medication in-office, Contrave! Individuals on the program are required to come monthly for appointments to ensure that clients are staying on track with their recommended regimen.
