The program is built on individuals paying a monthly flat fee for rendered services performed by our facility such as office visits, onsite testing, medications and much more. All full time students are eligible for this plan upon proof of school identification. All clients 19 years to 26 years old are eligible for enrollment. ($32.00/monthly)
