Nasal PCR Testing Without Insurance = $180
Nasal PCR Testing With Insurance = Test Fee Submitted to Insurance & Administration Fee of $80
EMPLOYEE/SCHOOL PHYSICALS
Our facility also offers testing for school physicals and pre-employment. If you are interested in scheduling for either of those, kindly call us to discuss details at 724-635-0147.
