Service Description

BOTOX is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for: *Prophylaxis of headaches in adult patients with chronic migraine (≥15 days per month with headache lasting 4 hours a day or longer.) *Treatment of spasticity in adult patients. *Treatment of cervical dystonia in adult patients, to reduce the severity of abnormal head position and neck pain. *Treatment of severe axillary hyperhidrosis that is inadequately managed by topical agents in adult patients. *Treatment of blepharospasm associated with dystonia in patients ≥12 years of age. Cancellation Policy

We require a 25$ deposit to schedule spa services. If you do not show or cancel your appointment within 24 hrs, your deposit is nonrefundable. Your deposit will be applied to your service at check out or you may keep the deposit on file for your next service. If you are a spa member and you do not notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of your service, you will forfeit your service for that month. ***Starting January 1st, we will charge full price for services if you No-Show 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
