Service Description

Build each muscle group in 6 x 30 min sessions. Spend an hour with us and target 2 or more muscle groups depending on personalized body plan. Depending on your personal physique it may be possible target up to 3 muscle groups in this 12 x 30 min package. Sessions must be done every other day or every 3rd day to see best results.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 25$ deposit to schedule spa services. If you do not show or cancel your appointment within 24 hrs, your deposit is nonrefundable. Your deposit will be applied to your service at check out or you may keep the deposit on file for your next service. If you are a spa member and you do not notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of your service, you will forfeit your service for that month. ***Starting January 1st, we will charge full price for services if you No-Show 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
