- There must be at least 8 participants in order to schedule.
- All participants must be 18 years or older.
- A minimum requirement of 24 units of Botox is required.
- In order to reserve a specific date and time for the event, a deposit of $100 is due at the time of scheduling. This $100 will be given back at the time of checkout to the host, to use for the services that were received.
- We advise our clients to avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages before, during, and after the event for at-least 24 hours. This is to help reduce the risk of any swelling and/or other side effects from occurring!
- Participants are encouraged to download ALLE Rewards (https://www.alle.com) before the scheduled event. This is to ensure that all points towards the services being rendered can be issued the same day of the event.

-The host is responsible for not only ensuring that all participants are acting in a respectful manner, but also in detailing what services are to be rendered at the time of the party, so the office can prepare accordingly. Please have the requested list be typed in a word document and emailed to email@example.com a WEEK before the event. Include the following additional information: participant's full name, date of birth, phone number, primary address and email
- Food and beverages will not be provided by our facility. Individuals are responsible for bringing their own refreshments and snacks. No alcohol permitted on the premises.
- In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, we ask that any individuals within the party that are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms and/or were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19 to kindly not attend.
